2026 Just Started, And I’ve Already Faced Challenges I Didn’t Experience All Through 2025 – Kassia Laments

Reality TV star Kassia Uyoyo Ubini has revealed that the start of 2026 has brought unexpected difficulties.

Abia Radio News reports that the former Big Brother Naija housemate said the problems she is facing includes the sudden resignation of her staff just before the New Year.

The entrepreneur shared that many people have reached out, with over 100 messages expressing interest in joining her team.

Despite the high response, Kassia made it clear that she is not hiring at this time.

Kassia explained that her current focus is on reorganising her team, KXB, to create a stronger system and improve operations before bringing in new members.

In a post on social media, she described the recent events as part of a process that will prepare her for future opportunities.

Kassia said she is trusting God’s plan and using the early challenges of 2026 to grow personally and professionally.

She wrote: “2026 just started, and I’ve already faced challenges I didn’t experience all through 2025, including all my staff resigning just before the New Year. Still, I’m choosing to reflect and trust God’s process.

“I know these moments are shaping me for something greater. I’ve received over 100 DMs from people interested in working with me. Thank you so much for your interest. At the moment, I’m not hiring. I’m restructuring and setting up a stronger system for KXB before bringing anyone on board”
