‘We No Reach 5 Weh Never Join Cult’ – Naira Marley Makes Shocking Revelation About Music Industry
Nigerian singer, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, has claimed that only a handful of artists in the Nigerian music industry have not joined cult groups.
Abia Radio News reports that Naira Marley made this known in a series of posts on his 𝕏 handle, noting that, despite the involvement in cultism, some artists still move around with police escorts.
He wrote, “We no reach 5 weh never join cult for this industry. Person weh put u for cult self dey carry police escort up and down. Everybody that time just dey do like if we come naija or if they see us they will do something to us.”
Speaking further, Naira Marley, who had been accused of the death of his ex-signee, Mohbad, issued a disclaimer that no death or attack within the industry should be linked to him.
The singer added that many of the artists involved in cult activities do not genuinely like one another, but maintain alliances only for mutual interests.
He said, “I no get problem with anybody o. If anybody die no be me o… na dem go kill each other finish. Dem no kuku like each other, na because of us dem link up.”
