Senator Orji Kalu deserves another term \u2013 Abia <\/a>North Peace Foundation

Abia <\/a>North Peace Foundation has described the recent communiqu\u00e9 issued by the self-styled \u201cCoalition for Equity and Justice in Abia <\/a>North\u201d during what they termed an extraordinary meeting, as nothing more than a gathering of political jesters, orchestrated by Chief Chima Agbaeze.<\/p>\n

The body in a release jointly endorsed by Chief Nnanna Ukaegbu, Director General and Pastor Caleb Kalu Awa, Assistant Secretary, described the brain behind the so called coalition for Equity and Justice in Abia <\/a>North as an infamous local champion known for sycophancy and propaganda.<\/p>\n

The foundation made it clear that the attempt by Chima Agbaeze and his co-travellers to cast aspersions on the person and ambition of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu is not only laughable but reeks of political hypocrisy and historical amnesia.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet us remind these peddlers of falsehood and revisionist history: Where was Chima Agbaeze and his so-called equity crusaders when General Ike Nwachukwu, from Isuikwuato LGA, served four years as Senator for Abia <\/a>North?<\/p>\n

\u201cWhere were their voices when Comrade Uche Chukwumerije, also from the Isuikwuato\/Umunneochi axis, held the same position for twelve uninterrupted years?<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is sixteen years of continuous representation from a single axis, without a whisper of protest or call for \u201crotation\u201d from the current apostles of selective equity,\u201d the statement pointed out.<\/p>\n

The group wondered why Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, a man who has brought unprecedented development, federal presence, and honour to Abia <\/a>North, is being vilified for seeking a legitimate third term, compared to the sixteen years previously enjoyed by Isuikwuato\/Umunneochi.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis hypocrisy is deafening. Let it be known: Chima Agbaeze is no advocate of justice. He is a well-known sycophant dancing to the tune of a sinking desperado who has lost political capital and relevance. His \u201ccommittee of friends\u201d is nothing but a political masquerade, hiding behind empty titles and worn-out propaganda.<\/p>\n

\u201cSenator Orji Uzor Kalu has transformed Abia <\/a>North with tangible projects, legislative competence, and unmatched accessibility. From rural roads and schools to scholarships, jobs and national influence, his record towers above every past occupant of the seat.<\/p>\n

The Abia <\/a>North Peace Foundation reminded Agbaeze and his likes that the senate is not a token to be rotated like a village masquerade costume but a mandate earned through performance, capacity, and the will of the people.<\/p>\n

\u201cCome 2027, the people of Abia <\/a>North will decide, not shrine loyalists or pseudo-activists. No amount of blackmail or manufactured outrage will erase Senator Kalu\u2019s legacy or stop the democratic process,\u201d the State emphasized .<\/p>\n

The Abia <\/a>North Peace Foundation therefore restated its resolve to stand solidly behind Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and called on the public to disregard the rantings.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
