Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) stunned Real Madrid with a humiliating 4-0 victory on Wednesday night, securing their place in the final of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.<\/h2>\n

The Club World Cup semi-finals, which took place at the MetLife Stadium, New Jersey, earlier today, July 9, saw former PSG star Kylian Mbapp\u00e9 face his old club for the first time since his move to Madrid last summer.<\/p>\n

But what many anticipated as a triumphant night for the Frenchman quickly descended into a humbling ordeal.<\/p>\n

From the outset, PSG were ruthless. Within six minutes, Fabian Ruiz drew first blood, pouncing on a loose Ball <\/a>in the area to give the Parisians the lead.<\/p>\n

The early strike rattled Madrid\u2019s backline, and just three minutes later, Ousmane Demb\u00e9l\u00e9 made it two. Capitalising on a miscue from Antonio R\u00fcdiger, Demb\u00e9l\u00e9 calmly slotted past Courtois to double the advantage.<\/p>\n

Luis Enrique\u2019s side pressed high, suffocated Madrid\u2019s buildup, and moved the Ball <\/a>with a tempo the Spaniards couldn\u2019t match. Jude Bellingham and Mbapp\u00e9 had fleeting moments of creativity, but they were smothered by a well-drilled PSG midfield and defence.<\/p>\n

Ruiz added a second in the 24th minute, finishing off a swift one-two with Achraf Hakimi to put the French champions three up before the half-hour mark.<\/p>\n

Madrid never recovered. Even as coach Carlo Ancelotti turned to his bench, introducing Luka Modri\u0107, \u00c9der Milit\u00e3o, and Brahim D\u00edaz in the second half, PSG maintained control, both tactically and psychologically.<\/p>\n

Gon\u00e7alo Ramos completed the rout with a well-taken finish in the 87th minute after a lightning-fast counterattack, ensuring a scoreline as brutal as it was deserved.<\/p>\n

For Mbapp\u00e9, the night was one to forget. Boos greeted his every touch from PSG fans in the stands, and while he showed flashes of his trademark pace, he was largely contained by his former teammates.<\/p>\n
