Now, you can start congratulating him,\u201d Onah posted.<\/p>\n<p>A member of the UNN Governing Council, who sought anonymity, also confirmed Ortuanya\u2019s emergence as the UNN VC to DAILY POST.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, we just finished the business of getting a new VC for UNN.
