Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu, former Deputy Governor of Abia State and long-time beneficiary of PDP’s generational goodwill.

“While the former Deputy Governor is constitutionally free to admire or even align with whomsoever he pleases, it is a matter of moral science and natural law that gratitude should be the bedrock of every political pilgrimage. It is therefore curious—and regrettably laughable—that a man who occupied the corridors of power for twenty unbroken years under the PDP now seeks to rebrand himself by courting the Otti-led administration, with whispered ambitions of displacing the true labourers of that vineyard.

“Let it be placed on the record that Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu was never in the trenches when the wind howled hardest. His recent political flirtations are not born of conviction but of calculated self-preservation—a survivalist instinct dressed in the borrowed robes of loyalty.

“We are not unaware that his current disposition is less about ideological realignment and more about a desperate attempt to position himself ahead of men like Chief Boudex Onuoha, Chief Umeh Kalu (SAN), and Hon. Nnamdi Iro Orji—patriots who truly sowed in tears while others slept under the comfort of entitlement. To attempt to reap where he neither sowed nor watered is not politics; it is a tragicomedy of ego.

“But as the universal science of motion teaches: a pendulum that swings without restraint eventually exhausts itself. Our dear Rt. Hon. is free to dance where his spirit leads, but he must also be reminded that history neither forgets nor forgives opportunism masquerading as relevance.

“To our loyal party members across the state, we urge you to remain calm, focused, and discerning. The leadership of the party is meticulously following these developments with clinical precision, and we are actively collating all intelligence related to these acts of political acrobatics.

“In this hour, we must remember that a party is not threatened by the departure of shadows. The PDP remains a tree of deep roots. And while branches may sway in the wind, the taproot of loyalty and truth remains immovable.

“Let those who choose expediency over principle remember: the stars that wander too far from their constellations are often mistaken for falling stars—brilliant for a moment, forgotten forever.

“We remain steadfast. We remain PDP.
Elder Abraham Amah
State Chairman, PDP Abia State.

Source

Former Abia Deputy Governor quits PDP Just some hours after the Abia State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, criticized the recent romance between the immediate past Deputy Governor , Rt Hon Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, and the Dr Alex Otti led Labour Party government in the State, the former number two has tendered […]

{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[173

post-233972","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news
["GET
