Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus,<\/a> has described her weight loss journey as one of her most outstanding achievements as she marks her birthday.<\/h2>\n

Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that the 43-year-old actress, who lost 80 kg, said the transformation has changed her life in many ways.<\/p>\n

She explained that she now breathes with ease, enjoys better sleep, eats healthier, and lives lighter both physically and mentally.<\/p>\n

Badmus reflected on the challenges she has faced over the years, saying that her current health status stands as proof of how far she has come.<\/p>\n

She added that the journey has been rewarding and a testimony she will always cherish.<\/p>\n
