The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has described the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as a party in disarray.<\/h2>\n

The APC accused the opposition of being indecisive and blind to constitutional provisions<\/p>\n

Speaking via a statement by its spokesperson, Seye Oladejo, the party asserted that the PDP\u2019s latest decision to leave its ticket open to all zones after initially zoning it to the South reflects a confused party.<\/p>\n

He described the move as \u201ca roadmap to nowhere,\u201d insisting it was evidence of the opposition\u2019s lack of focus.<\/p>\n

Oladejo argued that the ruling APC\u2019s growing popularity has unsettled the PDP, forcing it into repeated reversals.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe truth is simple: the larger-than-life image of the APC under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu <\/a>has so overwhelmed the PDP that it no longer knows whether to go left, right, or in circles,\u201d<\/em> Oladejo said.<\/p>\n

He further stressed that Nigerians were more concerned with the APC\u2019s reform agenda and delivery of democratic dividends than a party still trying to figure out its identity.<\/p>\n

The APC spokesman dismissed the PDP\u2019s open-ticket policy as a sign of weakness rather than inclusion. According to him, the move betrays internal crises, power struggles, and the party\u2019s inability to learn from past mistakes.<\/p>\n

\u201cPDP has turned into a political gambling house where desperate politicians are invited to test their luck,\u201d<\/em> Oladejo remarked, recalling how the party\u2019s zoning crisis in 2023 triggered defections, rancour, and what he called electoral humiliation.<\/p>\n

Oladejo added that while the opposition flounders, the APC remains focused on governance, reforms, and securing Nigeria\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the PDP, the 2027 election is already lost, not at the ballot box, but in the circus tent they now call their party<\/em>,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n
