The wife of late Nigerian singer, Mohbad, Wunmi Aloba, has asserted that those confident in the truth do not hide or switch lawyers in a legal case.<\/p>\n
Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that Wunmi made this remark after the legal counsel to her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, who is demanding a DNA test for his grandchild, Liam, withdrew service from the case.<\/p>\n In a post via her Instagram page on Wednesday, Wunmi stated that Joseph is allowed to get numerous lawyers, but she is certain that the DNA test cannot be manipulated.<\/p>\n According to Wunmi, those requesting Liam\u2019s DNA test are the same people delaying the process.<\/p>\n She wrote, \u201cAnother lawyer, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), has withdrawn from the DNA case. To my father-in-law, you can get as many lawyers as you want from anywhere in the world. One thing is that\u2019s certain is that you can\u2019t manipulate this DNA. I\u2019m sorry. A whole SAN. When people are confident in truth, they don\u2019t run. They don\u2019t hide. They don\u2019t switch lawyers every month. They don\u2019t ignore court calls.<\/i><\/p>\n \u201cWe have cooperated from Day 1. W habe never opposed a DNA test. We showed up, we waited, we followed the law. The only poeple delaying this process are the same people who requested it. No one can manipulate the court, and no one can manipulate science. Let the truth speak for Liam, for Mohbad and for justice. November 11 is around the corner.
