Popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has begged Nigerians to stop insulting her mother, Rita Daniels over her marital woes.<\/p>\n
Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that Regina\u2019s family members have accused her estranged husband Ned Nwoko of arresting her brother and vowing not to release him until she decides to come back home and go for rehab.<\/p>\n The rift between the duo began after a viral video showed the actress crying out that she was being manhandled by her husband.<\/p>\n However Nwoko denied assaulting his wife and claimed that she was a drug addict.<\/p>\n Some netizens have blamed Regina\u2019s mother for permitting her to marry the lawmaker.<\/p>\n However, addressing the situation in a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress stated that her mother was not to blame for her decision.<\/p>\n According to her, her family members warned her not to marry Nwoko but she refused because she was in love.<\/p>\n The mother of two said she fled from home in the middle of the night when her family tried to stop her from marrying the billionaire.<\/p>\n She said, \u201cThe main essence of this video actually is to please stop insulting my mom.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cBiko, hey, stop it. Stop, hey, Biko, please. Look, for some reason, I actually do feel like I owe you all this explanation.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cYou know why?
