Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels<\/strong>\u2019 brother, Sammy West, has been remanded in Keffi prison by a Dutse Magistrate court.<\/p>\n Abia Radio News<\/strong> learnt that Sammy was reportedly remanded on Thursday without access to a legal representative.<\/p>\n Regina\u2019s brother, Sweezy, in a post via his Instagram story, alleged that the magistrate handling the case \u201csuddenly disappeared,\u201d making it impossible to process Sammy\u2019s bail.<\/p>\n Sweezy also questioned why Sammy was detained in the first place, claiming his brother was not allowed to contact his lawyers when he was taken into custody.<\/p>\n He wrote, \u201cHe is currently at Keffi prison. Dutse Magistrate has suddenly disappeared. Ned, you can pay everybody, but you cannot pay for integrity. Sammy is currently in prison.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cEveryone please help me ask Ned what is Sammy\u2019s offense? My lawyers were on their way. I was not given any opportunity to call anyone. Judge say remain him till they can file for his bail. Bail has been filed, magistrate has disappeared. No one to sign. You sha want make he test the prison?<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cNed you can pay everybody but you can\u2019t pay for integrity.
