Nigerian comedian, Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi, better known as Mr Jollof<\/strong>, has recounted his fight with social media critic, Martins Otese, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, inside an aircraft on Monday, November 17.<\/p>\n Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that Mr Jollof, in a video shared on his Instagram page, apologised to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), his boss, the Delta state Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, his wife and kids, as well as the passengers that boarded the aircraft and other Nigerians for fighting in public.<\/p>\n According to Mr Jollof, he was only defending himself after VDM walked up to him to harass him and \u201c3000 mg\u201d of blows were delivered to the social media critic during their fight.<\/p>\n He said, \u201cI want to use this medium to sincerely apologise to the NCAA, United Nigeria Airlines, and the passengers that boarded the airline. I was only defending myself. You guys saw what happened, and I am very sorry if I delayed your appointment. Pardon me. This isn\u2019t my kind of person. It will never happen again.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cTo my lovely wife, I know you\u2019re proud of me. To my kids, I am sorry, Daddy will never do this again. To my boss, I am very sorry, this isn\u2019t my kind of person\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n Regarding how the fight started, Mr Jollof stated that while he was seated inside the aircraft, VDM<\/strong> began making provocative comments at him.<\/p>\n \u201cIf we come down from this plane, I go slap you. Make God punish your papa.\u00a0<\/em>I fit commot from here now come slap you\u201d <\/em>\u00a0VDM told him, and he responded saying, \u201cBehave yourself.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n He stated that afterwards, VDM walked to him, and he had to defend himself immediately, which led to the fight.<\/p>\n On why he bit VDM on the chest during the fight, Jollof added, \u201cMike Tyson the fighter, he used what God gave him.
