Gawat, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, following a social media post promoting Wizkid\u2019s upcoming concert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that Gawat shared a poster for Wizkid\u2019s December 28 show at TBS, describing the singer in a way that drew praise from fans.<\/p>\n<p>He used the caption:<em> \u201c\u1eccm\u1ecd Wa ni \u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>One fan commented on Wizkid\u2019s influence in Lagos.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWizkid is the face of Lagos. Baba Bolu always promote Lagos.\u201d<\/em> Gawat replied:<em> \u201cYes correct. We are proud of him<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When another fan mentioned Davido, Gawat replied that his principal was proud of Wizkid.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOre oga nko?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Davido reacted sharply, telling Gawat to move on from past issues.<\/p>\n<p>He also referenced a previous tweet by Gawat, urging him to let the matter go.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBro it\u2019s been a year let it go \u2026 why e still dey do u .. grow up. Since yesterday\u2026 let it go nah \u2026 cheer up.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This online exchange is not the first between the two.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2024, Davido and Gawat clashed over political matters following the Edo State governorship election.<\/p>\n<p>The feud began when Davido criticized the Independent National Electoral Commission, calling it dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>Gawat, an APC member, responded cryptically, while Davido continued to challenge him, referencing their past encounters with Governor Sanwo-Olu.<\/p>\n<p><!-- CONTENT END 4 --><\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<p><span class=\"copyright\"><strong>\u00a9 2025 Abia Radio News, a division of  Tee Global Innnovations  [abiaradios@gmail.com].
