Former National Secretary of the Defunct Alliance for Democracy (AD), Udenta Udenta, has shared his thoughts on why any attempt by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to create a one-party state would fail.<\/p>\n
Speaking on Tuesday during an appearance on Arise Television, Udenta opined that a diverse country like Nigeria would refuse a one-party State.<\/p>\n
According to him, the APC will be leaner after its primaries with other parties picking up the pieces.<\/p>\n
He stated that politicians are like ghosts and move from one party to another.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe flatulence of the APC is over gurgling. It is already happening in Rivers State, which is a sign post for systemic disorder within the party\u2019s administrative infrastructure.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cA multinational, heterogeneous, diverse country will resist the emblem of a one party state.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cAny attempt by the APC to achieve what he sent out to accomplish in the past two and a half years, will fade. Politicians, you must understand, are ghosts.
