Reality TV star Kassia Uyoyo Ubini<\/strong> has revealed that the start of 2026 has brought unexpected difficulties.<\/p>\n Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that the former Big Brother Naija housemate said the problems she is facing includes the sudden resignation of her staff just before the New Year.<\/p>\n The entrepreneur shared that many people have reached out, with over 100 messages expressing interest in joining her team.<\/p>\n Despite the high response, Kassia made it clear that she is not hiring at this time.<\/p>\n Kassia explained that her current focus is on reorganising her team, KXB, to create a stronger system and improve operations before bringing in new members.<\/p>\n In a post on social media, she described the recent events as part of a process that will prepare her for future opportunities.<\/p>\n Kassia said she is trusting God\u2019s plan and using the early challenges of 2026 to grow personally and professionally.<\/p>\n She wrote: \u201c2026 just started, and I\u2019ve already faced challenges I didn\u2019t experience all through 2025, including all my staff resigning just before the New Year. Still, I\u2019m choosing to reflect and trust God\u2019s process.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cI know these moments are shaping me for something greater.
