Subilim noted that while the dispute qualified as a trade dispute under the law, the defendants\u2019 right to strike was not absolute.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"1078\">He ruled that once a dispute has been referred to the National Industrial Court, workers are prohibited from participating in strikes, and any ongoing industrial action must cease immediately pending the court\u2019s determination.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1355\">\u201cAn order of interlocutory injunction is hereby granted, restraining the claimants and their representatives from further embarking on any industrial action against the claimant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1355\">\u201cThe order shall remain in force pending the determination of this suit,\u201d Justice Subilim said.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- .entry-content \/--><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Industrial Court in Abuja has ordered workers employed by the Federal Capital Territory Administration to suspend their ongoing strike.
