The decree formally disbands all parties and political formations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1357\">According to the cabinet meeting minutes, a law repealing statutes governing party operations, financing, and the opposition leader\u2019s status will be submitted to the transitional council.
