Popular Nigerian TikToker, Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has revealed that Nollywood actress cum filmmaker, Funke Akindele<\/strong>, helped him while he was in prison.<\/p>\n Abia Radio News<\/strong> recalls that Peller was arrested in December 2025, after being involved in a deliberate car accident in Lagos State following his breakup with his girlfriend, Jarvis.<\/p>\n Reacting to the circumstances that led to the accident, the Federal Road Safety Corps, ordered the arrest and prosecution of Peller for reckless driving.<\/p>\n However, while exchanging pleasantries with Funke Akindele at the premiere of the movie \u2018Love Notes,\u2019 Peller<\/strong> stated that the movie star helped secure his release from prison.<\/p>\n Appreciating Funke for her kind gesture, Peller said, \u201cshe was the one who helped me when I was in prison.
