Hating yourself is. Doubting yourself is. Believing you\u2019re not enough is. That\u2019s the real struggle.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cYour size has never canceled your worth. You can be confident, successful, loved, admired, and unstoppable at any size. And if you choose to lose weight, let it be from a place of love\u2026.not shame.
