The Senator representing Abia <\/a>North constituency in the National Assembly, Orji Uzor Kalu has said the All Progressive Congress, APC, will deliver President Bola Tinubu <\/a>and sweep every available elective position in Abia <\/a>State by the 2027 elections.<\/p>\n Kalu, who was addressing members of the APC and his support groups in his hometown, Igbere, on Friday, said his party is united to take over the Government House, Umuahia and other elective positions.<\/p>\n The Senator who declared his support for the recently concluded APC State Congress in Abia, said the party would ride on the unity to clinch all seats.<\/p>\n He challenged the members of his party to work for the party\u2019s victory, warning that acts of sabotage experienced in 2023 must not be repeated.<\/p>\n Kalu also warned that rigging or any other form of manipulation would not be allowed in Abia, alleging that the November 2, 2024, Abia <\/a>State local government election won by the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP was not credible and fair.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen the local government election was conducted in Abia <\/a>State, one man entered his bedroom and wrote election, saying it was won by the Zenith party, that would not happen in 2027\u201d, Kalu said.<\/p>\n The Abia <\/a>North Senator further advised Governor Alex <\/a>Otti to stop operating from his private residence in Isiala Ngwa, saying that Otti\u2019s continued abandonment of Government House Umuahia, is affecting the economy of the Abia <\/a>State capital.<\/p>\n Kalu dismissed the accusations that his administration did not achieve anything as Abia <\/a>Governor, describing the claims as wicked propaganda by the present administration.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
