The member representing Ukwa East Constituency in the Abia <\/a>State House of Assembly, Lewis Obianyi, has alerted the Assembly about the discovery of lifeless bodies of six young girls inside a community farm.<\/p>\n The lawmaker, while presenting matters of urgent public importance at the Assembly on Tuesday, said the bodies were found on farmlands at Akrika Ukwu community.<\/p>\n Obianyi, who said the mutilated bodies of the young girls were discovered on March 23, 2026, informed the Abia <\/a>State House of Assembly that the development has created fear among farmers and other villagers in Akrika Ukwu.<\/p>\n Lewis Obianyi urged the House to make urgent intervention through relevant security agencies to apprehend the perpetrators, whom he said are suspected ritualists.<\/p>\n Responding to the prayers of the Ukwa East lawmaker, the Abia <\/a>State House of Assembly urged the state government to mandate heads of security agencies in the state to arrest those behind the evil act.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
