A publisher and chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dele Momodu has expressed his concern over the leadership style of President Bola Tinubu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Momodu, who appeared as a guest on Channels Television\u2019s Politics Today, said Tinubu <\/a>has established a \u201cone-man rule\u201d in the nation\u2019s political space.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Momodu, he feels sorry for some of his friends who are members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) under the leadership of Tinubu.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said it appears his friends within the ruling party are under some kind of slavery and cannot do anything about it.<\/span><\/p>\n

He also stated that the president, in his effort to destabilise the nation\u2019s polity has successfully pushed all the opposition political heavyweights into one party.<\/span><\/p>\n

His words, \u201cWe saw when APC was doing its own convention, we saw all the military high chiefs, Inspector General of Police; they all abandoned Sambisa Forest, abandoned Jos, abandoned Kebbi for all the Ogas to come to one venue.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf I were in the shoes of Asiwaju, I am telling you, I would just calm down, let these people have their own day.\u00a0 <\/span>You were there, were you not embarrassed that we all had to gather in one small venue?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBut despite that, they are making ADC more popular. Look, Asiwaju will leave power one day but the history is that right now, he has disorganised all opposition parties in Nigeria.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat is why, unknown to them, you inadvertently forced Peter Obi, they forced Kwankwanso, they forced Atiku and Tambuwal, they forced Amaechi, they forced all the jaggernuts into one party.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSo, whether they like it or not, now Nigerians have an alternative to APC and I am very excited about this.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOn what would be the difference between APC and ADC, from my own point, I would say, let\u2019s start by rescuing our country from a one-man rule.<\/span><\/p>\n
