Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa<\/strong>, has warned aspirants against desperation and \u201cdo-or-die\u201d politics ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries scheduled for next month.<\/p>\n Abia Radio News<\/strong> reports that Aiyedatiwa spoke on Friday at the APC Central Senatorial District stakeholders\u2019 meeting held at the Akure Township Hall.<\/p>\n Aiyedatiwa said that candidates for upcoming elections will be selected based on merit and loyalty to the party.<\/p>\n According to him, political activities in the state had already gathered momentum, stressing that the party\u2019s electoral process would begin with the collection of expressions of interest and nomination forms, followed by screening and appeals where necessary.<\/p>\n He said, \u201cIt is not a do-or-die affair. If you are not chosen, do not rock the boat. Remain in the party.
