Nigerian female sensational singer, Tiwa Savage<\/strong>, has opened up about the difficulty she experienced during her transition from R&B to Afrobeats after she returned to Nigeria in 2012.<\/p>\n Abia Radio News<\/strong> recalls that Tiwa Savage, who was inspired by the growth of the Nigerian music industry, started her career abroad as a backup singer for artists such as George Michael and Mary J, before her return to Nigeria and signing with Mavin Records.<\/p>\n Tiwa Savage, in an interview with TVC, said she was able to transition from R&B to Afrobeats because her former label boss, Don Jazzy, made her believe talent is unlimited.<\/p>\n According to the \u2018Kele Kele Love\u2019 crooner, Don Jazzy opened her mind to many different things and\u00a0convinced her that she could achieve anything if she focused on it.<\/p>\n Tiwa Savage added that she does not regret returning to Nigeria and transitioning from R&B to Afrobeats.<\/p>\n She explained, \u201cIt was difficult for me to transition from R&B to street sounds. But when I was at Mavin Records, Don Jazzy opened my mind to so many different things.
