Businessman, Olakunle Churchill, has reacted after his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh, announced that they have finally settled their long-running dispute and restored peace after nearly ten years of conflict.

Abia Radio News reports that Churchill shared an emotional message on social media, revealing that he was pleasantly surprised when he recently received a call from their son, King Andre, for the first time.

He said that hearing the boy call him ‘daddy’ touched him deeply and reminded him of the power of faith and patience.

He explained that the issues that once caused tension between himself and the actress have now been resolved through forgiveness, healing and understanding.

According to him, the painful chapter is now closed, and both parents are moving forward with calm and mutual respect.

Churchill said their focus has now shifted to co-parenting with love and care, with a shared commitment to raising their son in a peaceful home.

He added that he is grateful to have his child back in his life and thanked Dikeh for doing a good job in caring for him.

He wrote: “I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from my son, King Andre, for the first time. Hearing him call me “Daddy” was deeply touching and a reminder that what God cannot do does not exist.

Earlier, Tonto Dikeh had announced that she and her former husband had reconciled, describing the reunion as a spiritual breakthrough that came through prayer, humility and forgiveness.

The actress said peace has replaced the bitterness that followed their separation and confirmed that both parents are now united in protecting the well-being of their son.

Dikeh and Churchill married in 2015 but separated less than two years later amid public accusations and court cases over custody and other matters.

Their son, King Andre, became the centre of the dispute before the recent reconciliation finally brought the family back together.
