14 Brigade Nigerian Army, NSCDC to share intelligence in securing Abia
The 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, Ohafia and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCD have stressed the need for collaboration between the two agencies in enhancing the security architecture of Abia State.
Speaking at the Headquarters of NSCDC in Umuahia on Wednesday during a courtesy visit, the Brigade Commander of 14 Brigade, Brigadier General Ahmad Mansur Dikko emphasized the importance of inter-agency cooperation.
Dikko noted that effective security delivery thrives on unity of purpose, intelligence sharing, and mutual support among sister agencies.
Responding to his visitor’s speech, the Commandant of Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, Abia State Command, Akinsola Aderemi expressed appreciation for the visit .
He reaffirmed the NSCDC’s commitment to sustaining a strong working relationship with the Nigerian Army, in maintaining peace and security of Abia.
Aderemi described operational synergy as key to achieving a secured environment.
