A Man Could Never Have Made Me This Cool – Angel Smith Says After Marrying Female Partner
Reality TV star Angel Smith has confirmed her queer identity after her recent wedding to her female partner, Tumininu, in the United States.
Abia Radio News reports that the former Big Brother Naija finalist shared on 𝕏 that she has always been open about her sexuality, both before and after her participation in the reality show.
She wrote: “And I have been openly queer before AND after I went for that show, please never attribute my greatness to a man, he could never have made me this cool, thangyaaaaa.”
Videos and photos circulating online showed the couple’s intimate wedding, attended by close friends and family.
The ceremony featured a minimalist design, with guests dressed in black.
Angel wore a simple white strapless mini dress with a veil and heels, while Tumininu appeared in a tailored black suit with a white shirt, black bow tie, and floral lapel pin.
Angel and Tumininu revealed their relationship to the public in 2025, sharing moments of their life together on social media.
Earlier this year, they reportedly held a civil ceremony before the recent wedding in the United States.
Angel was previously romantically linked to fellow reality star Soma Anyama.
Their relationship began during the BBNaija All Stars edition in 2023 and ended in early 2024.
