The All Progressives Congress (APC) has rescheduled its National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings originally scheduled for December 15–16, 2025.

Abia Radio News reports that the party’s National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Bashiru, made this known in a statement on Sunday via its 𝕏 handle.

According to the statement, the National Caucus meeting will now be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 6:00 pm, while the NEC meeting has been rescheduled for Friday, December 19 2025, at 3:00pm.

The statement failed to give reasons for the shift but noted that both meetings will take place at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The document emphasises that all members are invited in accordance with Articles 12.3 and 13.3 of the APC Constitution, which outline the composition of these key party organs.

The National Caucus comprises high-profile figures, including the President and Vice President of Nigeria, past and present APC-affiliated presidents and vice presidents, serving and former governors, and zonal representatives.

The statement reads, “Change of meeting dates. The APC National Caucus Meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 18 2025 at 6p.m., while the National Executive Committee (NEC) Meeting will now hold on Friday, December 19 2025 at 3p.m., both at the Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja.”
