Just In: Turaki, Makinde, Mohammed Storm Appeal Court Over PDP Leadership Tussle (Photos)

The factional National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, on Tuesday, along with Governors Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State and Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, were physically present at the Court of Appeal in Abuja over a case on the leadership tussle within the party.

Abia Radio News reports that other members of the PDP National Working Committee (NWC) were also in court for the scheduled hearing regarding the party’s leadership status.

The case before the appeal court is a testament to the long leadership battle in the PDP, which has pitched the Makinde faction against the camp loyal to the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
